Project standards development, integration and commissioning of PLC controllers from 35 different equipment manufacturers into a single SCADA system. The SCADA functionality included recipe management, plant-wide alarming, process historian and operator graphical interface. The system monitored and displayed key operational metrics, equipment status, recipe progress, batch lot tracking and provided a direct data connection to the client's ERP system for reporting purposes.
Programming and commissioning of PLC controls for the plant utility systems (HVAC, Waste Water Treatment and Chilled Water Plants), followed by integration into the SCADA platform was provided.
